XIALFEX^® Patient Survey

BioTrak Research Inc. is conducting an important voluntary survey with patients prescribed XIAFLEX® (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) for the treatment of Peyronie’s disease. This survey is being conducted on behalf of Endo Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of XIAFLEX, as part of an FDA required Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS).

Participants who qualify and complete the entire survey will be paid $60 Mastercard gift card for their time.
